Service overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Couple Game is a couples conversation game: the app presents a question card, each partner answers privately, and answers are revealed at the same time. It can be played remotely.<br>The service is <strong>not therapy<\/strong> and does not provide medical or mental health services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">2. Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">The service is intended for <strong>adult<\/strong> couples. By using the service, you represent you are of legal age and able to enter into a contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">3. Accounts &amp; responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Registration requires an email address, and you provide a nickname and choose an avatar. You are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">keeping your account credentials secure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">ensuring the accuracy of information you provide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">the content you submit in the service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">4. User content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">You may submit text and other content (e.g., answers). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to process it <strong>solely to provide the service<\/strong> (e.g., storing\/syncing, revealing answers, game history).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">You must not submit unlawful, abusive, privacy-invasive, or otherwise inappropriate content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">5. Pricing, free content &amp; purchases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">The app is free to download and includes a free test deck; additional decks can be unlocked in the app.<br>Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled primarily under the applicable app marketplace terms (e.g., App Store \/ Google Play).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">6. Intellectual property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">The service and its materials (questions, prompts, tips, UI, text, graphics) are owned by Couple Game or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">7. Prohibited use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">You must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">interfere with or attempt to breach security measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">use the service unlawfully<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">harvest other users\u2019 data without permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">use the service in a way that harms the service, us, or others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">8. Disclaimer &amp; limitation of liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">The service is provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.<br>The website also includes a general disclaimer that the content is for entertainment and notes about how \u201cfree\u201d pricing statements should be interpreted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couple Game is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">9. Changes &amp; termination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">We may modify the service, features, or prices, or suspend\/discontinue the service for justified reasons. We aim to notify you of material changes within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\">10.
